Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders’ cast list

  • America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders is back on Netflix for its second season.
  • DCC senior director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell return to oversee the auditions and training camp.
  • All seven episodes of season 2 are currently streaming.

It’s all smiles and switch-ups on the field, but the day-to-day grind of professional cheerleading can make it hard to turn that frown upside down.

That much is clear on Netflix’s America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, which takes fans behind the scenes of the storied cheer squad throughout an entire NFL season. „Come for the high kicks, and brace for the heartbreak,“ Entertainment Weekly wrote in our review of last year’s „riveting“ debut season.

Season 2 chronicles the 2024-2025 season, with DCC senior director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell building up their dream squad via high-stakes auditions, a grueling training camp, and ruthless cuts.

Cheer alum Greg Whiteley returns for season 2, which is billed as chronicling the stories of a new set of squad members and delving „deeper into certain backstories, including issues navigating body image, social media scrutiny, domestic violence, mental health, and the overall cost that comes with always striving to be ‘perfect.'“

Below, see the cheerleaders returning — and the rookies angling to nab their spots — with EW’s cast guide for America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

After being cut, I realized this wasn’t just a dream… it was something I could accomplish. From that moment on, I went all in. I trained hard, studied the DCC style and etiquette, and did everything I possibly could to make the team.“

She pushed through, balancing her recovery with training.
